Dear Mr. Tierney,

This letter is in regards to your consideration of the  High Bridge – High Bridge, Aqueduct and Pedestrian Walk.  We STRONGLY SUPPORT A LOW railing.

It would be very discriminatory to have a prison like railing for us in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan when other communities, like the Upper East Side promenade along Gracie Mansion and the East River, enjoy the sort of aesthetically pleasing and safe railing we seek.
